Personalised products: Cards, Mugs, Framed Cards, Canvas & Acrylics
The Personalised & Tailor Made Goods Act states: The goods you can't return back if you simply change your mind including: tailor-made or personalised goods

If the item is faulty then photo evidence must be supplied to us. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) via the same method you made payment with. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size these are excluded from our refund policy as you the customer is solely responsible on quality of image you provide us as we use what we receive

Personalised Gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.

We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order. We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us.

If you wish to consider returning a Non Personalised Gift then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition in which they arrived, Still Sealed and Undamaged. Any and all returned goods must be received by us no later than 14 working days from the dispatch date of goods

We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 For Cards or £4.50 for Mugs will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made. You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting

This Item is Brand New & Actual Images of item are shown, RETURNS are accepted for NON Personalised Gifts for any reason you are not happy PLEASE NOTE: This does not include damaged caused to the item after you received your order, we offer a 14 day return policy on non personalised items, so please keep all packing materials and item in good condition for the duration of the warranty period

ANY UNDELIVERED ITEMS DUE TO NON COLLECTION / WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOURSELVES  TO US AFTER DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE AND TRACKING CONFIRMS DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE AND WHERE THE ITEM IS RETURNED BACK TO US BY ROYAL MAIL FOR NON COLLECTION THEN OUR POLICY IS CLEAR AND WE ONLY OFFER A ITEM COST REFUND MINUS POSTAGE COSTS ONLY
